The product must be returned to us within 48 hrs from the time it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund Policy

Once the Product is received by the company successfully, Yes Doc will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the product back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can CANCEL order only If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel is in ‘Awaiting confirmation’ stage. However, a return is possible for all orders/products.
